Late Cancellation Policy
Please contact Sinergy on 1300 304 144 to notify of any need to cancel or reschedule the patient’s assessment ASAP to avoid a late cancellation fee.
In the event of illness or extenuating circumstances preventing the patient from attending their assessment, please contact Sinergy on 1300 304 144 ASAP.

What should the patient bring to their Assessment?
Please ensure your client brings the following on the day of assessment:
- Reading glasses (if needed).
- All relevant medical imaging (x-rays, MRI scans, etc.) if these have not already been provided to the specialist.
- Surgical or cloth face mask.*
Does the building have disabled access?
Yes! Please let our friendly team know if the patient requires disabled access to the building.
The patient is running late, is the appointment cancelled?
We understand that traffic and unforeseen delays happen. Specialists will generally allow some time past the scheduled appointment, however, this will vary depending on the schedule of the specialist.
Please contact Sinergy on 1300 304 144 ASAP if the patient will be late.
Can my client bring a chaperone?
To assist in COVID-19 social distancing, we ask that the patient not bring a chaperone if possible. If a chaperone will be present, please contact Sinergy on 1300 304 144 so that we may accommodate for social distancing. Both the patient and their chaperone will be required to fill out any COVID-19 contract tracing forms.
